We repair donated bikes and sell them at affordable prices. This project is staffed by a skilled and experienced volunteer who is happy to support others keen to be involved in the refurbishment work.
The project is known locally as ‘Bob’s Bikes’ as Bob is the core volunteer. This is another one of our successful projects providing opportunities for all sorts of people to get involved and learn new skills.

Learn to look after your bicycle at new workshop - Saturday, April 28th at the old Overross Garage, Ledbury Road.
As the warm weather approaches many people are ditching the car and taking to the open road on their bicycles. However, not everyone knows what to do if something goes wrong. This is where members of Ross and District Cycle Club and EnviroAbility, a local charity in Ross-on-Wye, who provide real job opportunities to people with disabilities and disadvantaged backgrounds, have come together. A renewed dragon boat for PGL thanks to the EnviroAbility team
THE team at EnviroAbility are pleased to present PGL’s newly refurnished dragon boat, which will be entered in future Ross-on-Wye Regatta events. Bob Davies, worked at PGL for 36 years, but he now volunteers with EnviroAbility two days every week.
